4、外地工程必须每日一次与设计总监联系，以确保工作的顺利进行；

5、做好工程设计资料的管理工作，对已确认图纸，将底图及资料进行分类保管；

6、对工地现场进行设计监督,负责工地现场的设计变更；

7、协调好与业主的经营关系，树立良好的经营关念；

8、对于所承担设计项目负责，不得因设计原因造成业主及公司声誉及经济损失；

9、负责将项目设计图纸及文件按公司档案室的相关规定整理归档，定期送与公司档案室；
